Ryan Longwill

BUILDING ENCLOSURE CONSULTANT
A Registered Roof Consultant and Observer with over 23 years in the building enclosure industry. Ryan’s diverse experience as an installer, manufacturer’s technical representative, and consultant provides him with extensive knowledge of roofing, waterproofing, and exterior wall assemblies. His goal is to deliver solutions that effectively meet client needs while maintaining building integrity.
BRENT CORNELISON
PE, SE, P. Eng, RC
PRESIDENT
As the President and owner of NWRC, Brent is a registered professional engineer in multiple states with a structural endorsement. He serves as the lead Forensic Investigator for all projects and is a Consultant Member of IIBEC and a Haag-certified roof inspector. Brent brings 28 years of experience in Structural Engineering and 17 years as a Forensic Investigator.
Chris Smith
ROOF CONSULTANT
With over 30 years in the roofing industry, including more than 20 years as a roof consultant in the Inland Northwest, Chris’s extensive knowledge and experience are invaluable when evaluating and inspecting roofing issues.
